The Comforts of Villa KAPRA
The house is constructed using high-quality materials, featuring an Istrian architectural style.
It provides comfortable accommodations for up to 8 people.
Each bedroom is equipped with an LED SAT TV and an air conditioner, while underfloor heating is installed throughout the house for colder days. On the ground floor, you'll find one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a separate guest toilet.
Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The upper level also boasts two covered terraces,
offering picturesque views of the olive grove and the sea.
Whether you prefer to start your mornings with a leisurely coffee on the terrace or unwind in the evening with a glass of chilled wine, this house provides the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment.

Villa Kapra is a recently constructed property, completed in 2022, with a sea view, located on the edge of a pleasant town Tar,
in the middle of the route between Poreč and Novigrad-Cittanova in Istria, Croatia.

Villa is designed in a modern, minimalist style, with a large sofa, a dining table for 8 people and fully equipped kitchen with an island.
In the kitchen, you will discover an espresso machine accompanied by complimentary coffee. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a utility room equipped with a beverage refrigerator, a washing machine, an ironing board, and a clothes drying rack.
The ground floor features a spacious and open living room full of natural light,
enhanced by a fireplace and a large sofa perfect for gatherings and watching television.
Adding to this ambiance is a large LED TV, and we provide complimentary Wi-Fi access for all our guests.
