The ground floor hosts a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate guest toilet.

Upstairs, three additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, await, accompanied by two covered terraces boasting

stunning views of the olive grove and the sea.

Situated on the edge of the charming town of Tar, Villa Kapra offers a recently constructed retreat completed in 2022,

boasting panoramic sea views. Conveniently positioned between the historic towns of Poreč and Novigrad-Cittanova

in Istria, Croatia, our villa provides a  perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility.

The villa is designed in a modern, minimalist style, featuring a specious living area with a large sofa and a dining table for 8 people,

complemented by a fully equipped kitchen with an island.

In the kitchen, guests will find an espresso machine with complimentary coffee.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room equipped with a beverage refrigirator, a washing machine, an ironing board,

and a clothes drying rack.

The ground floor features a bright and airy living room, accentuated by a fireplace

and a generously sized sofa ideal for gatherings and TV viewing.

Completing the ambiance is a large LED TV, and a complimentary Wi-Fi access is provided for all our guests.
